Applicants are to purchase their online applications through the College portal.
You are to note that the Post UTME screening application is opened from 9th July to 9th August, 2026. You are expected to purchase your application forms before the deadline.
NOTE: But is good to know that interested candidates must have chosen College of Health Sciences and
Technology, Jahun as First Choice and scored the appropriate cut off mark for the programme they applied or applying for.

The above programmes are for interested candidates who did not choose the College of Health Sciences and Technology Jahun as their first choice
but meet the above minimum UTME score are eligible to apply for the above listed programmes through the College Portal.
JCHEW Programme – Female Candidates Only
- Admission into the JCHEW programme is restricted to female candidates only. Male applicants should not applied please as they will not be considered.
- Applicants must possess the required O’Level qualifications, including credit passes in English Language, Biology, Mathematics and at least passes in Chemistry and Physics. Anything below the above requirements will not be considered for admission.
How to Apply
- Visit CHST Jahun Admission Portal below:

- Click on “Register Here” to create an account.
- Fill the required information to create account using your email address, phone number and JAMB registration number as the case may be.
- Fill your personal information such as full full names, address, gender etc.
- Click on “Save” and move to academic background followed by SSCE qualification details. In this section you are to fill in your WAEC, NECO or NABTEB subjects with their grades including the names of the school.
- Click on “Go to Dashboard”
- Click “Apply to a Programme”
- Select the programme you want to apply.
- Upload your credentials in one single PDF format. Credentials should be well scanned or clear images using phone. Uploading an unclear documents could jeaopadized your chance of securing admission.
- Upload your National Identification Number. Make sure your date of birth on your NIN tally with your credentials. Discrepancies will lead to disqualification.
- Click on “Submit Application”
- Click on “Payment” and fill in the required information.
- Make payment via Remita using an appropriate method of payment including debit card option or direct bank payment.
- Print your Acknowledgement Slip/Summary Slip after payment.
- You are to present your Acknowledgement Slip/Summary Slip on the of Post UTME screening exercise.
Application tips
- All applications must be completed online. Buying of hardcopy forms are not allowed, all forms are to be purchased online.
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and all documents are correctly uploaded. Submitting wrong information leads to disqualification.
- Don’t apply for course/program that you didn’t have the required cut off mark, in the case of not meeting the pegged mark, visit any JAMB CBT center and apply for change of course or program (Green Card).
- Make sure you use a personal and functional email address and phone number which will be useful to contact candidates for Post UTME screening date and admission offer.
