The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has officially reopened the portal for application for 2026 Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) Phase III Programme. NDE RHEI Phase III Registration Dates
The National Directorate of Employment RHEI Phase III programmes has the following important timetable for it’s application and implementation. The portal for registration will be open from Thursday 23rd July to Wednesday 29th July, 2026.
Nationwide flag-off ceremony and commencement of the program will be on Tuesday 4th August, 2026 and the training will cover six (6) months.
So, application and selection of participants will be within one month. Successful candidates will commence their training immediately after the flag-off.

The programme is open for applications from strictly unemployed Nigerians who meet the eligibility requirements and conditions as published in the programme advertisement and the NDE portal.
