The Ekiti State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has announced an important update to the schedule for the 2026 recruitment examination for applicants who successfully submitted their applications.

The examination, which was initially scheduled to hold on Friday 14th August and Saturday 15th August, 2026, has now been extended to Thursday 13th August to Saturday 15th August, 2026. According to the announcement signed by the Permanent Secretary of SUBEB, Mike Omolayo, the adjustment was made because of the high volume of applications received during the recruitment exercise.

Applicants are therefore advised to check their email, examination slip and Form ID carefully to determine their assigned examination date and time. Candidates must attend the Computer-Based Examination (CBE) only at their allocated time and should avoid going to the venue outside their assigned schedule.

The Ekiti SUBEB 2026 recruitment examination will take place from Thursday 13th August to Saturday 15th August, 2026. The venue for the examination is the Ekiti State University CBT Centre, Ado-Ekiti.
